Additional Customizations:

Trays may be customized to meet specifications of the hospital by varying the quantity of standard components, eliminating certain items, or adding new componentry. Custom trays require minimum quantities and several weeks lead time to manufacture. Contact our expert sales staff at 1-800-620-2101.

Non-warranty or non-custom product returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided they are accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods. The following limited warranties also apply: Laparoscopic Instruments – 2-year warranty; LEEP Instruments – 1-year limited warranty for the nylon coating.
