Balfour Abdominal Retractor with Fixed Side Blades incorporates 4" deep fenestrated side blades that are attached to the center blade, which is 3-3/8" wide x 2-1/2" deep. Two different sizes of this retractor are offered according to the maximum spread they provide. The side blades of this particular retractor can be pushed and held away from each other to open up an incision in the abdominal cavity. This retractor is primarily used during surgeries in which large abdominal incisions need to be held open to provide more visibility to the surgeon.

Non-warranty or non-custom product returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided they are accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods.
